In July 2020 Action started with automated testing, using ICTestAutomation from TrendIC.
This automation tool solution shows its strength in our test environments. Also, in chain integration and regression testing the added value is proven because the user interface is taken as the starting point. You can automate time-consuming manual operations, allowing software releases, security patches, hardware systems or other changes to be put into use quickly and safely. ICTestAutomation suite is an all-in-1-solution and can be used for automated End-2-End testing, Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Since the start, a lot of effort has been put into creating testcases for several business processes. Over 300 Scenarios have been composed from the 1500+ created testcases. Scenarios can run unattended and can be scheduled 24x7. See below for a practical example.

Automated Regression test scenarios have been created for SAP ECC, SAP EWM, Ortec, Symphony GOLD, HHT, XV, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP.
